I have so much else lined up to read but I need a Connelly break.

Listening to the audio is the way to go with this one. Reading it isn't nearly as satisfying.

I'm likng this so far, but I hope it actually goes somewhere.

I’m considering giving up , but I’m kind of curious about how she’s stitched these eight books together. I enjoy linked short stories so I wonder if this is a precursor to them. But it’s long and slow reading because of the language.

Now it’s getting scary
