So far this book seems to be written for white men in managment roles to work with other white men. Points I have heard is leadership teams need to be small so that too many opinions don't get mixed in and be vulnerable but if you always make mistakes, you're incompentent.

Good takeaways: leadership teams should be small, trust is key (do not actually share).

Mysterious emotional process in which we seek out a person as "authority figure" and they reflect back acceptance. We need this in order to accept our identity and heal.

Sacred word or artifact returns us to focus on our intention of seeking him.
