Darhower is the Mafia Queen. Only she can make you love characters who are so dark beyond your imagination. Trying to slowly savour this read, but it's so good I need to know more.

My heart just broke. How do people in real life actually survive stuff like this. Way too much, just too much :(

Wow, I began this yesterday and just couldn't stop, I stayed up past 3am reading until my kindle battery died on me haha.

This is really dark, there's no remorse or redeeming quality for these two. I'm very suprised, definately not like the usual romance's I read.

I always read about possessive alpha males who don't like the thought of any other man with their girl. It's a bit hard to read about Brad sharing Julie and watching. Just doesn't seem right.

This is playing with my emotions in a very hard way. It's hard to read about a real playboy who literally just plays with money, woman and life. I also find it difficult to follow how easily Julie keeps giving in to everything. Especially with baring herself at the pool, when she supposedly had such rigid values. De Luca needs to be put down a notch.

Well written, I'm pleasantly surprised. I am really enjoying this.

'He's my Flame'. Really? Given everything she has been through it's a little far fetched for her to be this possessive already.

Yay, loving the feel of being sucked back into Carnal, Colorado!! This town has to be the most perfect, homely town I have read about. And Ty is a hunk! Bonus.

I'm trying to read slowly just so I don't get to the end of the book! Love this series.

So I'm in a self-pity mood and am quite liking that heart-clenching sadness that grips you when you read words that sizzle that hurt on your soul. Willa's thoughts are so self-depreciating that it sadly relates well with me. Really see myself in her at this point.

I am just crying. This is an amazing story that shows the sorrows and hardships our fellow humans have. I needed this. Makes you appreciate your life.

It's scary how similar the events in this book are those carried out by ISIS today. It's easy for us to sit here in the western world and watch the happenings on TV, so far removed from the violent, harsh and barbaric reality of it. Those innocent bystanders who are hit by the backlash of overgrown-children who call themselves leaders. The rich will forever punish the poor just because they can. Fear God.

Oh how I want to murder that man at the bus stop. To purposely throw someone into trouble knowing how harsh and barbaric the consequences are is pure evil. That policeman make me sick. Just another example of humans abusing their power. What happened to man-kind.

So absorbed in this book! So much sorrow for this poor girl and the way she tries so hard to please everyone is heartbreaking. Really explains the psyche behind a submissive timid person and how they become that way.

This is getting harder to read. Acting shy, and flirty with your criminal kidnapper is not very realistic. Ugh!

This started off great and now it's just turned into another one of those escalating-too-quickly-stories. The boy has kidnapped you in some mountains, how are you going to sit there and flirt with him. Biatch puhleaseeee

Love being in shade's head but I feel like these repeat scenes are a waste of words. Should have focused more on Shade's thoughts rather than on the scenes themselves which we have already seen in the other books.

Bikers and Made Men. That's all I can think about and my recent bookshelf backs that. Guess I like my men dangerous. Huh.....

This book is really long! It started out good but its just dragging now. Slight overkill to be honest.

Don't know whether to laugh or just throw this book down. It's jumping from one extreme to another! Is this meant to be a joke. A little Confused down here.

Wow this is frustrating! The silent wife is really getting to me, wish she had a backbone and actually stood up for herself. The husband is just another story entirely, what a selfish stupid (and very DUMB) a**hole!

Just noticed that I have 5 books which I have left half read! Not a good sign as a I normally lose sleep just to finish a good book! Losing focus and interest very quickly these days!

Finding this difficult to read, Izzy is really annoying with her constant crying and drama, I can't relate or empathise with her like I am able to with all my other book heroines!! Too much whining!
