Okay honestly, (finally) reading this has made me feel even more impressed at the movie bc it’s so hazy and interior, and this stream of consciousness is the same. there’s just this unexplainable quality to the way TJR tells a story that makes it so delectable to me—the prose isn’t over-stuffed or purple, lovable central characters that feel like real people, and a palpable rhythm to the story that feels so nice to get lost in, knowing that she’s going to lead you where you need to go. adore her tbh
