Read to me by one of my 3rd grade students. It is such a thoughtful book which raises awareness about turtles and how they are affected by our human actions: nets, pollution, garbage, and DEADLY STRAWS. The illustrations are beautiful and poignant. The writing is memorable and clear.
I also learnt about a new species of Turrles The Olive Riddley Sea Turtle.
