Its great, I really enjoy the ties to the Declaration of Independence and how women are still struggling, the writing style makes me want to go out and make a change.

The last couple essays have been about breast cancer which I find interesting because I've had family members that have had breast cancer, so it lets me look into what they had to go through and the decisions they had to make. The essay I had just read was about how Black women in to the Olympics and in competitions get their birth gender called into question, I don't know a lot about this and I'd like to learn more.

The essay I read today was about child stars and how they survived. With shows like iCarly and Hannah Montana, it showed how different stars were liked by which age range. More older teenagers like the rebillonsess of Miley Cyrus while younger girls can still look up to Miranda Cosgrove. It showed what female child stars have to go through and that ones that rebel end up staying in the light more.

The main character had been kidnapped and the kidnappers are warming to Eliza.

I love it. It is like a new story every chapter and I do not want to stop reading it. In the first chapter it mentions a Japanese woman whom died of Breast Cancer at 47. It showed me that you can get everything done that you need to in a time constraint. My Grandma had breast cancer, so it showed me some of the things that she had to go through and how scary it really is.

They are going on a hunt with the King coming soon and I think it is interesting how scared they are of being found out because it is like an underlying anxiety. It is small but yet still there. They have found a way to infiltrate the court which I didn't think they would have been able to accomplish so quickly.

Okay so some action has started to arise, Shadow and Cal have now been teamed up. I think in time they will grow to not resent each other. I wonder how Cal will react to Shadow lying to him about her mission from the Queen and I also do not get good vibes from the Queen. Cal has opened more than I thought he would to Shadow, I thought him being an assassin would make him very closed off but he isn't surprisingly.

The main character Shadow, her mother is alive just never at home so she is being raised by her Aunts. Cal is the queen's assassin, his father took a blood oath, so he has to be loyal to the queen. His father died when he was 14, and I do not know what it is like to lose a parent so I think this will be interesting to read. Sometimes I don't see my parents in a day but I can't imagine that on a large scale.

Dray is still harassing Imani, and Fabiola has to tell Dray to stop, I'm sure he won't though. Fabiola said that Donna was a master of covering up her battle wounds from Dray, and I wonder when he started abusing her. I think Fabiola is going to get tangled in the web of lies she has created. I wonder how or when they will find out about detective stevens and their reaction to her. What if she didn't set up Dray?

They currently trying to find an amplifier to get Alina more powerful and that is going to end very badly or very goodly, not in between. I think the Darkling is going to come back and redeem himself or he is actually someone else, like he swapped bodies with someone. I would like to see Alina become queen but that is not going to happen and I'm wondering hoe Mal and Alina are going to be by the end.

So I think it is interesting how when it is thanksgiving time they immediately hate the food Fabiola makes. I noticed that there is nothing about the weather that I've noticed, it should be getting colder and I haven't read anything about how fall is or anything. They also are the reason why the white girl had died and I think Fabiola is going to make Dray go to jail for it.

Fabiola is not being the best gal at the moment, she is changing. Her from the beginning to now at this point she has just changed so much. She used to be so nice and naive but now she is in too deep. I think she is going to get Dray arrested and feel extreme guilt because of it and maybe get her cousins in trouble with the law as well. I think by the end, she might end up going back to Haiti with her mom.

I think Donna and Dray will not be getting back together since he was caught with a white. girl. With the author writing style I find it interesting how there will be little 2-3 page chapter of background and other characters perspectives and that the main chapters are from Fabiola perspective. I am not sure Dray goes to school, I think he should be in the same grade as Donna and she goes to school so why isn't Dray

I'd say the ending was a little bit anticlimactic but it fit the story and like there is room for more after. A character died and it felt like they didn't even progress their grief.

The action has just been stopped and I think Kaz is going to have a emotional breakdown or something. I think his relationship with Inej will end have them end up in a couple or something, I hope.

Really good, will probably re-read again when I forget most of what happened.

The book is getting more interesting, Dray is still giving me bad vibes but not as bad as before. The three B's are carrying more weight than before, some illegal things are going to happen and bad soon. I think Fabiola will have to choose between her mother and her cousins and aunt. I think she is going to cut contact with the detective and that Papa Legba will start carrying even more importance.

Dray is giving me bad vibes, he knows Donna will stay with him but it is like he is trying to test her in small ways that he know won't end well or he doesn't think that he shouldn't do things to piss her off. Bad Leg keeps disappearing and then re-emerging, I wonder if he only appears when he comes up with a song, but after he goes poof. The family dynamic is very forgiving.

I really like where it is heading with the robberies.

I like the dynamic between the characters with Fab and Kazim, it seems sweet but could turn sour and the opposite with Dray and Donna sour but could go sweet. With the way that the author writes or maybe just the vibe I get from the writing, it is almost as if something bad is going to happen soon. It is like it is building up to her mother never getting a green card or something is giving me bad vibe.

I think Fab's relationship with Kasism will continue to grow and that they will either have a big falling out or they have a falling out but still end up together. I do not like know The other characters in the book started calling her Fabulous instead of her real name because it is like they are taking apart away from her home to her.

Something that is interesting is that its taking about how you do not know someones backstory when you're new to town, so there will always be information about someone you don't know.

It is moving at a good pace, not too fast, not too slow which is nice. The writing makes me think something bad is going to happy to Fabiola.

It is kind of sad but I really like it because it is written in an interesting way

I like how the book changes through perspective and how the main character have not interacted yet, so I am excited for them to do so.

I choose this book because I like the idea of someone waking up in the future and being confused about what is going on. It is like when you wake up first up in the morning and you are unsure what day of the week it is.
