Sams's Letters to Jennifer is written in first person. This helps me understand how Jennifer feels about the tragity of her husband and how she feels when she starts spending time with Brandon.

Throughout the story, the characters repeat the line "Don't stop now." This propels the action on the story by Lil and Josh not giving up on finding Penny. It also helps them to live for the present, and not to worry about the past and the future.

Ever since Maggie was in a car accident caused by Caleb, she is lonely. The only person she has to talk to that understands is Caleb, when he returns from prison. Now that Caleb has left Paradise because life got too hard, he gets in trouble again and is sent to jail. A retreat he is forced to go on happens to be the same one Maggie does. I think Maggie will leave because he broke her heart in the past and moved on.

Jaden is working on a project for school will a kid named Parker. even though he has a bad reputation, Jaden is the only person who sees the soft side of him. She also can`t help but to fall for this person she barley knows.

The theme of cross my heart is to stand up for what you believe in. This relates to my life because I stand up for my friends and pick them up when they are down.

The book Blue Violet is told in third person omnicint. It helps you anylize the text because you know how all of the characters think and feel. If the point of veiw were in first person, then you only know how one character feels.

The plot between Blue Violet and The Summer I Turned Pretty are the same because they are both about people following their heart and doing the right thing. They are different because in Blue Violet, the main character Ellie has to go through many changes and decides if what she is doing is the right thing. In this summer i turned pretty, Belly needs to learn not to care what other people think.

When Jayden stands up for someone that is not even her friend, it shows that she is considerate and that she cares about other people's feelings.

In cross my heart, the main character Jaydon stands up to her own friends for someone named Parker that does not have any. This shows that she is very considerate and willing to help people. It also shows she is willing to help anyone weather they are friends or not.

The theme of this book is similar to the theme of Mockingjay becuase they are both about that you should follow your heart and do what you believe is right. The also teach you that when there is bad, somthing good will come out of it. They are different because Mockingjay teaches you to never give up in what you believe in. That Wedding teaches you that it does not matter what other people think.

The protagonist in this story is Ethan, who just moved to New York. The antagonist is the fact that Ethan will have to move back home in a couple of weeks. They relate because Ethan just met the love of his life, and he does not want to leave her. Even though he will only be gone for a couple of weeks, they try to spend as much time as they can together until summer begins.

You know the characterization of this story by Toby telling the readers how much he cares about Sarah. He learns every little detail about her and he can not stop thinking about her.

The point of view in this story affects the actions of what I know because this book was written in first person. I know how Corinne feels and acts during situations because she is telling the story. I don't know how the other characters feel becuase they are not the ones telling this story. I know more about Corinne than the other characters because she is telling me.
