had this book on my shelf for few years, never really was in the mood for it but today magic happened and let me say, it's lowkey great so far

i don't really see the point of this sequel, ''nightbooks'' ended quite nicely. it's nice to revisit these kiddos, and i don't hate it by any means just truly wondering what's the reason for it

what about daisy though, she has also lost her father, demi wasn't an only child. yet alcott described his grief in detail and daisy's not at all

so far it's fun but a lot less interesting than little women. i just loved these girls so much. these boys are too new to me. maybe when i get to jo's boys i will have more feelings towards them

he's supposed to be forty???! oh don't piss me off.
