unique concept, reminds me of the dystopian author who wrote the series with the families

I'm not sure how I feel about the book yet. I saw the title in book club and actually voted for it thinking it was a completely different book, and that continued until it started and completely threw me off. I mistook it for Red Dragon. Completely different story! The narration, however, is excellent! So good!
