It's okay, I think the idol coat of paint distracted me. Way too much smut scenes T-T it kinda just feels like smut first plot second. Because it takes 4 chapters for the relationship to be somewhat interesting or compelling. Feel like if this was a more than one volume manga the idol journey and romance could be more compelling

I'm so conflicted, like the creativity is really fun but the comic feels too indulgent like it feels like the author had these characters running alrund their head and then vomiited them into a comic without thinking too much of the audience. Worldbuilding? They have phones and mention Starbucks but 90 percent of the world looks medieval. I don't hate it but I have my gripes

Okay I think I actually like this? It has alot of flaws but it has alot of charm.

and there it is dead parent! Can we stop with the dead parent trope. Please it just shows me that you don't know how to write characters. It's a cheap way for you to feel bad and root for the character. I know yes this is something that kids have to face sometimes. But like damn there sure are a lot of dead parents in media.

My vibes are already kinda off on this. The fairy girl is annoying and I hope she doesn't stick around. Worldbuilding is non existent. I gen had no idea this was a fantasy until I opened the book, based on the cover you'd assume it's just a normal high school right? I mean I love love love fantasy but is this just a normal kid going to fantasy school? Also why is a 400 year old fairy at high school?

Third story actually has Elaine trying to help people which I like she's usually hands off. I really think the chapters get better as they go.

I remeber in the last volume there was a weird dark ending where Emilia is like damn it is what it is. It seems like the manga doesn't make her all powerful and some problems even magic can't fix? Idk the ending was just such a bummer huh
