This book is so delightful and clever and reminds me of reading Hunger Games for the first time. Why did I stop reading YA fiction???

I think the first 30 pages are the most intense and chaotic I’ve ever read. Then it turns out the rest of the book is similarly intense. And it’s so lonnnggggg

Why is this the sweetest book I’ve ever read

I’ve come a decent way in this book to decide I think I can’t stand this couple. Why is Samantha giving up her life so that she can be on the phone with the LD bf? Girl get a life outside of this relationship

Chipping away slowly

I know she’s crazy for taking on the PCT with no hiking experience and the wrong gear but hey I’m thoroughly enjoying this

I’ve been avoiding reading this because I feel like it’s going to repeat what I’ve already read in Meg Jays “the defining decade”, and I don’t know how much more can be said about being this age.

Can I speed read this in a week for book club? Challenge accepted.
