Damn - this book is crazy!

I got this far this time. I like these ok, but it’s just soooooo long. And kind of boring. And I hate the FMC. I probably won’t try again.

This is legit one of the funniest books ever. Just Malachi.

This book is the perfect example of why A. Em. is one of my favorite authors!!! All he books are mind bendy and give enough wiggle room for reader interpretation with details. Nothing is ever 100% answered. Nothing tied up in a bow, but that’s what makes her writing so f-ing good!

Ugh. This FMC is so annoying and clueless.

Ugh. Haven’t acts like a child. She’s wayyyy too attached to her mom for a 23 yo. It’s killing the story for me.

Ugh. I’m about to DNF my first book in this series. It’s Tara. She is such a brat. And I absolutely HATE her. I’m really bummed….

Ugghhh... I really hate Shane honestly... once her engagement was broken, he should've just switched sisters. It's like he wants to make things difficult.

OK Gripes about this series and book. STOP putting the freaking sound effects of guns or anything else in every scene. We know what they sound like ffs. It's not a comic book! Also, this h is so annoying I can't imagine her ever being slightly bearable. Hopefully I make it through cause I love the overarching story throughout the series.

This is wayyyy too long. Plus it’s hard to enjoy a book when you hate the MCs. Still a good storyline tho.

I am so excited about this! Her tattered curtain series is one of my favorites! I’m sure this is going to be amazing.

Ugh. I loved Mia but both this FMC and the last books FMC are annoying af. I get that Mia grew up around this life, but the other two still act like Nate and Dex are terrible when they’re undercover trying to stop drug and human trafficking. Yes, they kill gangsters but they’re saving innocent lives. Maybe my moral compass is broken tho.
