When I tell you this book is playing like a movie in my head, oh I’m obsessed. I’m eating every single second of this. I’m crying, I’m pissed, I’m laughing there’s no emotion I’m not feeling right now.

I love this!! I’m also learning just how petty I am cause ain’t no way that lady is gonna teach MY kids stuff with MY hawt ex husband. NOT ON MY WATCH!

I’m still so early in the book, but I’m already obsessed with the little bits of dialogue and descriptions that feels so Black and it’s only hit me in the face that I should’ve been reading more Black romance books all along. Like even just the names make me happy. I’m also taking to Ryan’s style of writing pretty well.

Reading this is renewing my love for reading again and I can’t wait to just enter a book reading binge after this!

I started listening on my walk today and I’m scared that this book might make me not like Tessa because I’m only two chapters in and she’s pissing me off. I normally ride for all her rights and wrongs, but I fear she’s going to annoy me. I don’t know if it’s because I’ve been out of the world for a while so I’m reading with a new perspective but I can already feel the frustration brewing..

I never want this book to end, my obsession with them has quadrupled!

Getting on my goal of reading all my physical books and this gem came through on libby so now I can finally annotate it as she’s my only copy of the series that’s not annoted. I’m having a blast and it’s reminding why I loved Romantasy so much. Also these characters really are my fav of all time, ah it’s good to be home!

Eddy babes… the yapping gets to a point dude. Lmao he yaps like no tomorrow!! Also him helping out Angela is so funny to me, not him entertaining himself with human business.

Sad to say, I can’t wait for this book to end.

Oh the bitter irony!

Oh this (He) is soooo sick and twisted!!! I have chills and I’m also very scared omg. It’s the way I’m both in shock and also not surprised because everyone in this is evil.

This is the first book I’ve read where I can feel just how vicious (no pun intended) everyone is. I feel like I can see just how secretly dark they all are. That as the reader I can’t trust anyone not even the narrator. I feel like I’m being manipulated whilst watching people manipulate each other

I like the way it’s narrated so far it’s working for me. I wasn’t instantly hooked but I’m definitely curious now.
