She goes on a lot of tangents. Might be her podcast style and I’m just not used to it. But I didn’t need a thesis about the show gossip girl, I would have preferred more about actual gossip, ya feel me?

My next driving to appointments audiobook. My grad school roommate recommended this podcast to me in the past due to our love of gossiping so when I saw the book in the Libby app it was an immediate yes. So far, quite a bit of a sociology slant, I wasn’t expecting it to be research oriented but am glad it is!

Don’t know why it took me so long to realize I could be listening to audio books as I drive to and from my Dr appts that are 45 min each way… but here we are

Really interesting!! And well done qualitative work on the authors end

Good choice of book to occupy my time during my NST … this is all worth it!!

It’s light and def more fun to read than my last few picks

This is a lot more YA flavor writing than what I usually prefer. HOWEVER!! The character is starting undergrad!! And I love college so much I think I will still enjoy this book

Not much reading time today

It’s ok

I rly thought I was gonna learn a lot from this but the author used to spend $6,500 a year on beauty products and $950 a month on uber eats and had tags on clothes in her closet so we aren’t coming from the same world to start out

I have 6 library books to read in the next 2 weeks before they’re due with NO RENEWALS so good luck to me. Won’t be shopping bc I will be reading

Rly wanted to finish this today bc im exhausted from it and exhausted of it. But joeys bedtime antics meant i will be completing it tm

This focuses on the era of Disney channel I watched so I am very interested
