the love of a mother is NEVER ENDING, ALL ENCOMPASSING, and FOREVER CONSUMING !!

i had to FORCE myself not to finish this tonight!
but let’s just say: the heartbreak continues, but the love remains.

THE CLIFF-HANGER IS KILLING ME, but i must go to bed!
what a beautiful twist and turn from the difficult and raw memories Jude has shared in the last parts of the novel.

the absolute heartbreak, disdain, contempt, hardship and nasty situations jude has survived, and the life he is trying to give himself despite these things, is proving to be more difficult than jude expected.

this is a really hard book to read to be honest, but onwards i go

i’m both saddened and engrossed in the story of Jude’s life: emphasis on enGROSSed and emphasis on SADdened !!

i fear i am reaching the point where jude will cause me to join him in an emotional roller coaster…. oh rats!

The urge to read this book slow, but also not blow through it in one night

i have had this on my TBR since 2021, bought it back in 2023, and i think i’m finally mentally ready to take it on!

LOVING THIS !!!

i am out of my 4-month depression and about to finish this tomorrow since i can’t keep my eyes open any further tonight

well my 2025 reading challenge is currently a BUST!!
just in a mental funk i guess…. hoping murakami can take me out of it.
