Reviews are blocked on this book for some reason, but it would have been a ⭐️⭐️. It's 250 pages too long, and the characters all sound like horny 15-year old :/

DNF because it's just very insufferable for these teenagers with no relevant qualifications or training to be doing this level of police work and do it better than the trained professionals without any guidance or again, training. And it looks like they're glorifying Simon the serial killer, and I can't suspend belief enough to think those monsters can be cute.

Dnf due to being very cringy - the fmc reads alien romance novels too, she's just like us

It's cute but I don't consider it standalone as they said - almost every chapter she meets 3 women who clearly were former fmcs, so I might go to back the first and give the series a proper go

Almost immediate dnf. On the team plane where she is a flight attendant, drinks and food are self service buffet style. He forces her to get up, get his drink, give it to him and then fiddles with her clothing. He does all this to put her in her place, as she works for him and that entitles him to subservient behavior and immediate obedience. EWEWWWEW girl, stand up!!

I'm honestly considering DNFing, but I'm already on book 9 and I want to finish the series. The fmc is incredibly stupid and selfish. After another character tells her about their gruesome rape, she says it wouldn't happen to her because she would fight back :) that's why she should become a police officer :) what a wonderful human.
