My colleague lend me the book today and I'm really curious to get to know more about his person in general : )
I must admit, it felt like a very weak beginning. But it's getting quite interesting now with Coopertowns death!

Did I mention it's lame? I might take that back now. OH MY

Holy crap, what's happening here?? New revelations EVERYWHERE (though it's a tiny bit lame)

Fantasy for adults is mwah - no talking around facts, just shouting at the annoying "undercover" prince what the heck he wants to explain and then still verbally attacking him for making a show out of this

Forgive me Father for I am sinning reading this book. I hope skin picking is enough self-flagellation for me.

Second book check!
Nobody prepared me for the plot twists and emotional rollercoasters ... Philip Pullman, these aren't books for children, what the *beep* :')
But I have to admit, it's been a while since I've lost myself in such a thought-through fantasy world(s). While reading, you feel the chapters to an endless world unfold - quite literally.

FIRST BOOK, CHECK

I love the mixture of different worlds, oh my God. They are in the north, so the bears have nordish surnames like Byrnison and Raknison. And they are called panserbjørne. I can't imagine anything better than that ;-;
