Still enjoying this but it’s definitely not a very fast paced book in terms of action. I still like their relationship development and I’m not bothered by the pacing being a bit slower but I think that I want more political stuff happening. Like there are all these different countries/regions and I just think that it would be more interesting to have more politics

I took a long break from this because I was doing the audiobook and just didn’t have time to listen. But I’ve switched to kindle and I’m finally getting through it. I still have no idea what’s going on half the time and who anyone is but this is still one of my favourite series I just think I’m too dumb to keep up with his writing (also pls bring back Sevro soon)

There are some issues with the story like things not quite melding together and hearing about something and then it almost being forgotten about until much later. However I am really enjoying it. The book is fun and fast paced and I’m enjoying the mystery and the relationship.

I feel like I’m getting whiplash from this book. Just when I think we’re going down one plot line suddenly something else happens. I feel like this book is trying to include a lot of different things (secret society, big deaths, politics, fake marriage etc) and it’s becoming a bit patchwork but ai’m still enjoying.

Still really enjoying this and I’m glad I decided to read it as it is probably a book that would have sat on my shelf for ages before I decided to pick it up.

This feels like it will be super cliche enemies-to-lovers with the classic 'he's evil! Oh wait actually he's just super misunderstood,' BUT I think I'm going to eat it up. I love any book that has sassy characters or just funny comedic relief side characters and this feels like it will hit that spot.

This book just keeps giving with twists and turns. Every time I think I know where it’s going it changes.

This is on track to be one be of my favourite books of the year! The writing is incredible and the storytelling is so good.

I love this so far!! I’m so glad I decided to pick this up. The writing style is quite unique but it’s amazing and the storytelling is so good.

I’m not sure I love the writing style yet. It kind of makes the book seem like it’s not serious and takes me out of the story a bit. I want to give it a good go but ai’m hoping that because it’s not super long that I can get through this.

I know this book is super cliche and it has all the traits of every other romantasy. MMC with shadow powers, a weird connection between the two MCs, girl who is poor and stumbles in a weird land and is the one person they’ve been waiting for. But despite all of that I’m loving it. Cliches are cliches for a reason but this book still manages to feel a little unique.

Still enjoying this. It hasn’t become boring and there hasn’t really been a lull which is very nice. I usually find with bigger books especially fantasy that there is a part when I get a bit bored for one reason or another. But I haven’t felt that yet. Loving all the characters especially Ren but I also really like the fmc.

I am really enjoying this so far. I’d heard only good things about it and it’s definitely living up to my expectations at the moment. I’m not sure why I’m liking it so much but it’s an interesting world and there is enough mystery to keep me interested.

The robot is now asking the printer how it feels and why it’s not working properly. The printer says it feels under appreciated bc people aren’t using all of its features.

I feel like the description was misleading as it made it sound like it was a rom com style book. But the romance is definitely a subplot!

I feel like the romance is a secondary plot in this book which I wasn’t expecting. I thought it was going to be a cute romance with a funny robot side character/plot. But it seems the robot is the main plot of this book so I’m not sure how I feel about it now.

Okay so I love the back and forth of Shane and Maeve already and I feel like there could be some great tension in this book!

I haven’t read the description properly so I don’t know if she ends up with.

I am also enjoying the weird robot storyline. It does feel a bit odd and I’m not entirely sure where the plot is supposed to be going but I have high hopes for this book!

I am enjoying this; it's a very easy autumn read. Definitely Gilmore Girls vibes, and feels very much like the Dream Harbour series. The romance is not quite my vibe but it's definitely getting me into the mood for autumn.
