My English Senior Seminar’s working title is, “How (Not) Great Thou Art: Evangelical Films and the Problem of ‘Faith-Based’ Visual Media” I am engaging this book as a part of my research. Schaffer is unflinching, perceptive, and as relevant today as he was 50 years ago.

Listening to the 2018 Gifford Lectures online rather than reading the book Baylor published the following year; nevertheless, this text will soon find its way to my shelf. Wright is absolutely splendid.

First adventure with Hart. So far, it’s been an entertaining and compelling thesis against a materialist worldview

No surprise to find this a monumental work that deserves constant and careful analysis and application

A treasure. Why don’t they teach this in Sunday schools?

Perhaps the most stimulating and insightful work I’ve engaged for my research on the imagination thus far! I’m indebted to my professor who studied under Prof. Wolfe at St. Andrew’s and lent me his personal copy.
