I've never been so happy at a chapter ending sentence

I see why people write books with teenage or young adult protagonists for magic stuff, it's stressful reading about a mom of three whose husband is over seas finding out she's a witch the vampires want dead at like 40 something. Idk how she's gonna pull this off

Mr. John Knightley, the man who married Emma's sister, Isabella (I kept confusing them)

On chapter 6 and it is getting messsyyyyy, but it's so entertaining. I'm really enjoying this so far though, very fun to read while my partner cooks her meals for the week!

K. really ends up in the middle of everything bad doesn't he? Halfway through and I have no hopes for this man even having a chance at winning against whatever it is he's accused of
