i was gonna try and finish this today, but a new volume of my manga just arrived so gonna pause this briefly...... But def gonna finish this before the weekend (hopefully)

i really like the drawings in this especially cause its a big part of the story and gives visuals (this might be a pro or a con depending on the person tho hahaha) but really adds to the vibes

wanted to finish this this weekend but then I got ill so i'm just gonna be taking my time, but the pacing is very fast so that helps :)

I enjoyed this much more then I thought I would cause it very different (a lot more bloody brutal) then what I tend to read lately but it really had me invested!

had some minor critiques but mostly personal pet peeves, so excited to discuss.

I swear every one of Varg’s chapters ends with him passing out, how is this man still alive?!!

Also I miss Orka, I feel like it’s been forever since she had a POV :( like what is girlie up to?

i take it back, i'm actually not enjoying this book (the book knows what it did) and right after my last update as well so rude

the world building is fun so far! i love the vaesen and the religion they're very interesting, can't wait to (hopefully) learn more

that was a lot of fun, i really liked the fairytale vibes and the magic, i have some notes on the prose/writing style and some plot points but overall i liked it :))

I am really enjoying the vibe and atmosphere of this book and it's perfect time of the year to read it the magic is also interesting and curious to see where that goes but mina is getting to me a little cause girlllll you're all over the place.
