also ppl on autistic spectrum have weaker circadian rhythm (S. Cohen et al., 2011) and apparently having bad quality REM sleep is linked to ASD but its unsure if the bad quality is because of ASD or if ASD is causing worse sleep quality

but also this book is from 2017 so idk im always sceptical when it comes to claims about autism lol

OKAY im officially hatereading this.
on one page we got wine mom, needing weight loss talk so not bying a burger, and a mention of the husband insulting her about the weight and making her lose it after childbirth😃😃

also talking about getting weight after childbirth:
"I am a mom. Every woman goes through that."
yeah sure pal!

hmmmmm idk man its giving perfect stay at home mom who is weirdly obsessed with her 20 year old son and has no life other than household duties,.,..,
also written from first perspective and the way they write about women, family and children clearly indicates im not the target audience lol
