It felt like I was dragged to get to this point in the book. I am not loving this, unfortunately, but I do enjoy the authors writing, so no DNF.
However... 58% and a semblance of plot has appeared. 58%.

Hey, so, is it me or is it a little too on the nose that characters are calling the Yautja predators? They couldn't come up with another name?

ALSO, why does the main character Theta have those locks on her stolen predator/Yautja helmet when the locks are a part of the Yautja? You know, like hair usually is?

This main character is unbearably stupid and unlikable.

My eyes are slowly filling with tears as I'm trying to finish this with this unbearably passive and weak female lead as my only companion.

It's a DNF from me.
