Charity shop purchase this week, along with another Chomsky. There was another James Salter in the shop so I’ll grab it if I enjoy this one as much as Light Years.

This book is so good but I think all this stream of consciousness stuff is getting to me. Why do I keep choosing to read this at 2am?

Prepping myself to visit Rodin’s work again in the Louvre next month (although I would much rather visit the Musee D’orsay). Blitzed through almost 40 pages whilst my family watched Love Island (me included). Then read almost another 30 whilst watching a graphic show about cosmetic surgery addiction with my mum and trying to debunk her very dense Facebook knowledge. No guys this is not a picture book.

This book is gonna look like a Basquiat piece by the time my blunt pencil and I are finished with it.
