Two of me predictions were right. I really like how this book addresses how healthcare for women wasn’t just nonexistent, but also detrimental, at times on purpose.

How can I go back in time & save Lulu??

I mean, it’s Kiki’s Delivery Service. It’s the cutest story.

The more I read, the more I kind of knew…I was hoping this would be more atmospheric but it is funny.

Everyone is supercool about Vesper coming back after leaving their “religion” I don’t believe there will not be a punishment.

If it makes you feel any better Vesper, I think most people would understand why you chose to estranged from your family haha.

The movie follows this closely so far. I have already found a couple of things Studio G. chose to be more vague about while the book straight forwardly tells you how Kikis journey will be like. For example, what happens to her relationship with Jiji in the end & why their language dies out.

Ugh, soooo good. I can definitely feel an energy change in this book starting chapter 8. Cathy...Cathy...Whew, what an introduction to her character.

I haven't been active on here very much but I'll get back into it. I'm starting to slog through this. This book is due at my library in 3 days, so lets see if I finish it. If I don't, oh well! haha

Here Steinbeck goes again...making me feel so deeply for characters & beautifully writing dynamics ALREADY. I fell behind reading other books & preparing my outline for East of Eden but I was just sucked up! "He doesn't think his father loves him. But you love him - you always have."

I am finally getting into this. I will be reading on my Kobo & listening to the audio. I have only read Poppy War #1 by Rebecca & I am already enjoying her clever writing with this. Think of any negative adjective you can use to describe someone… June is all of them. Wow!
