I haven’t read a lot yet but I’m enjoying the slow build to the first interaction of The FMC and The MMC! The author is making sure that we get a good introduction of each character. I always love when authors spend time fully showcasing character development and not just jumping straight into the romance or heavy plot! So far I’m enjoying where the story is going!!

So far this book is somehow everything I expected while also being so completely different than my original expectations!

Backman’s writing style is simple while also being vividly complex in the way that you almost feel like you are living in the pages of this book.
