Timeline issues in first dozen chapters. Continuity of Montreal vs NY game and family members playing on opposing team in first game. She goes from mad at him to climbing like a tree and mad about no sex in an instant.

Time line is a mess. Totally detracts from the book. Second book in series, but is inconsistent even between the books (Candace vs Ralph finding the new house). May seem to be small things, but just set me off.

Pretty sure I got this book as a freebie. Usual price point is higher than I like to pay for a first time read of an author. Well written with warmth, humor and heart. Some angst, but not over the top. Intriguing side characters. Kept my attention, but did not take over my world until I was finished. Would read this author again.
