i’ll tell you what. i like what he’s got to say for the most part. this is obviously very comprehensive and a solid method he’s created to apply to plants, but also how things affect our spiritual health & how that manifests physiologically.

he’s got the goods, i must say. definitely feeling the healing power of this book! ☺️☺️. i hope to find more like it v soon 💗💗💗

alright, i will be frank with you here in the intro but as much as i may have an interest in reading this, i wonder if it somehow perpetuates an issue or problem im dealing with. i want to learn the basics of some other things first. to wander and yearn, thats what this book is good for. however i would like to have a more proactive & productive outlook. :)

alright, i am not finishing this because i dont think it’s the best resource i can find as i work to figure this out. i dont particularly like the wording and attitudes shown towards the eating problems. i think i dont like this book.

alright, this one was absolute shit.

there are some mildly offensive statements she has made in here, especially about her own grandma. which doesn’t entirely give me much faith in humanity as it is.

but this is one of the books i have read in recent days to try to understand why so much emphasis is placed on monetary gain in today’s society. i don’t think she is the best person on this particular topic, though it’s a start, after all.
