this book is a total treasure & gift, even tho it’s borrowed. what a gentle, informative and pleasant read, by mr Moshé 🫶🫶🫶. i must thank him for his help with this one.

it is a real pain trying to get through this book. the author to it is terrible, & i have next to no passion for it. but!! i hope to finish it.

dropping it not much because of the book itself but the review on the backside of the cover; pissed me off & spoiled any excitement i had about it. leave it to men to ruin something in one way or another!!!!

getting through the beginning of this was a bit time consuming but i imagine this could be a very special read. especially in terms of better understanding neuroplasticity :) .

i personally have found this book to be so easy and helpful to read – especially as i work towards fixing up my hoarding incident of 2025 in my bedroom.. 😬😬. Nagisa’s methods are seriously helping me out!! much appreciation and love to this book, actually. hopefully, i can discover more like it, in order to live more fully with the lifestyle i aspire to have 🩵🩵🩵

ryan holiday and this series is absolute shit, luv 😗. for the trash bin & nothing but. i listened to his podcast and he is an incredibly poor listener, also what a high image he must have of himself. i get called dramatic for being a woman, but listening to his story of a car literally passing him and him making a big deal out of it is just nuts tbh.

i read a few pages of this and i thought it was absolute tea. made me cry tho.

my hot take on this is that this is already much more effective and easy for me to understand than The Defining Decade. the people are more of a focal point and it’s especially helpful because you’re really able to get a sense for tracking the progress amongst them. i do not know what sort of logic or process this book is using but i think it’s great.
