Seb talking about how all his ex and Orok's exs didn't like them being close, and meanwhile I'm just sitting here like, "Damn. Story of how all my solid friendships fell apart."

Meanwhile, Thio saying, "It must be nice to have a friend like him," and I just start *sobbing*.

Thoughts so far: Orok is best wingman. And also just the image of Seb's dad cockblocking him and Thio is really funny.

Anyway, this got extra spicy in the best way possible.

The banter and sexual tension have won me over.

Promised a friend I'd read this back in December and that just did not happen. Now here I am struggling to push it down. It's not bad, and there's a fair bit I am enjoying, I just am not in much a mood for first person POV. LOL Its fine tho. I'm sure it'll win me over eventually.

Let us never forget Xiao Chiye's coming out to his father scene. Absolute classic. I love this goober and his dad so much. And yet I fear for the old man. Their relationship tells me something is gonna happen, and I'm not prepared.
