finally made it to the last book 😭 that was a fucking journey.

the time jumps are fucking wild

this series fucks me up. sometimes then sequence of events makes sense and sometimes the timelines just don’t match from story to story at fucking all. i wish the author had mapped all these timelines out and made them make sense.

also.. in Max’s book Marcos was always at parties (okay checks out) and acted like he was dating someone and would be out overnight sometimes but this book doesn’t mention that??

i was meant to be born a man that plays high level sports. the friendships between their team is so fucking sweet 🥺

Sam is such a special guy. this whole series is full of special guys. i wish they were real. i fear nobody in the real world is this lovely.

i desperately wish authors would edit their fucking books. it’s so distracting when little details change over and over throughout the story. this is why none of these books will ever get a five star rating from me.. no matter how good they are.

i don’t understand this author at all.. the timelines are fucking insane. we’re already at christmas break. they’ve obviously progressed to kissing with tongue and now they’re about to do oral. there’s no gradual build up in these books and it drives me crazy. it’s like we miss everything and suddenly they are 10 steps ahead in their relationship.

i love that this book is about Vas and Atlas, but also about the characters in the other books. it’s nice that they are so heavily present in this story. but maybe that’s more to do with Vas and his perception of the world. it’s more about the other people than himself.

awe 🥺 Nate is so fucking sweet!! i love that this book is setting up the next one. it will be nice to already know who Nate and Marco are a little bit.

Henri is so sweet. i’m usually obsessed with the enemies to lovers, bully romance thing, but i’m already mad at Atlas for being a jerk to Vas 🥺

thank god Bryce is a good guy. i thought this was about to be some extra fucked up story where Luke’s best friend raped Max.

i feel so fucking sick. i’m so glad Max did a rape kit. what is wrong with the fucking world.

i’m going to be fucking sick. one or both of these guys assaulted Max. i have a feeling Theo is talking about drugging someone else at this party. i just want to cry and puke and hug Max and protect him. i fucking hate people.

it’s honestly so nice every now and again not to have a baby bi in the story or a guy who is experiencing everything for the first time. sometimes it’s nice just to have two experienced partners who know exactly what they’re doing and what to expect. it’s honestly been forever.

Anthony and Nico deserved a better book, they are incredible people.

i want to go back to school so fucking badly so i can work on a college campus and help kids who need it. this book is heartbreaking but so special. it’s so important to have adults in your life that you can rely on and trust. i never had that. i want to be that for other kids 🥺

i love that Nico and Anthony are still apart of the story. Nico is an incredible coach and an even better man. 🥺

the little soothing touches get me so emotional. hair touching, hair and face kisses, Max cuddling his face into Luke’s neck. ugh. they are so sweet 🩷🥺

i don’t hate Luke, he’s actually being incredibly sweet, but i hate that his friend told him about Max. that should have been Max’s decision, nobody outside of that hospital room should know what happened. i like Luke, and i’m actually really happy he went to that victim advocate and talked to her, but i’m disappointed in him that he’s not being honest with Max.

i hate Luke. i hate Luke for talking to his friend about Max. i hate his loser friend and her loser brother. that is so fucking terrifying, that a cop told his sister, a student at Max’s school, about what happened to him and used his real name. i fucking hate them. the cop should lose his job. Luke’s loser friend has no right to share this information. Luke has no right to talk about Max. FUCK THEM!!!
