This book is great at showing the slippery slope of how one can slightly alter the truth and it makes you question what is truth. In that realm this is most relatable of the 4 books.
As I’m not destined to be a king or a warrior but battling what is truth is a reality. And what’s ironic is these books have Ruth but also make believe so I do find it funny that the best lesson is what this book is based on

This one has much more Hope in the beginning than book one. There is still some dark truths that are spoke of, but the Hope feels stronger.

2 chronicles 29:1-3
Hezekiah was 25 when he became king, and reigned for 29 years. He did what was right in the eyes of the Lord, just as David had done.in the first month of his first year of reign he opened the doors of the temple and repaired them.

Dan Messick is 60% done with The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life
Using audio on road trip . Helps provoke discussion with the wife.
It’s got so much insight but such bummer it’s not an all ears friendly. But overall provokes great conversation .
Still recommend, but if title offends you, then you need decide to get over the offense to learn or to not open book. It’s got wisdom in it

So far 4&7 best chapters.
You can feel the inner tension of someone who was a talk show host&the peace of Jesus that wants him to spread a humble message.
I never listened to Douglas on radio but I imagine he’s a different man than the one writing a book w emoji on it.It’s great to see the struggle of self and how it is becoming less so that peace can be greater. And bringing others on the journey towards peace.
