I loved this book. Took me awhile to finish because I had a lot of reading with my women’s lit class. But after reading the awakening by kate chopin, this book seems to echo a similar journey. Two women experiencing their own awakenings in different historical contexts. I also enjoyed the biological aspects with the conservation efforts in the book.

Was almost done with this book and thought hell I’ll just skim through the rest. I enjoyed the characters and their stories but the witchcraft was boring to me.. not my bag

Went out of my norm with this book. I’m not religious but the witchcraft stuff isn’t for me but I’m halfway through this book so I’ll finish it. Not one in excited to read

What an exciting read

Great read for those who enjoy science- specifically space and environmental. Getting a panspermia vibe towards the end which is fun. Author uses great humor to cut through all the physics and complex math problems 🥲 as a sci fi lover, this one is really exciting

Story seems to be inspired by the Sarah Lawrence cult
