i spent the entirety of this weekend watching about 60 hours worth of youtube junk and stuffing my face with the most amount of carbs i could find.

okay, the goal is to read this very large book in a week :) if not then 2 weeks, as long as i don’t spend a whole year reading through it lol

after a whole year of putting of finishing iron gold, it’s now done, and i’m like weirdly sad.

i could read the next 2, but like i don’t want this to end!!!!!!

there is a reason it’s taken me a whole year to get through this book, and the reason is that the words make everything feel so real, and i cry to much and i feel so much for characters i know aren’t real.

this isn’t even about Darrow anymore, and knowing pierce brown will kill anyone off is not nice!

iron gold is such a fat book, and like it’s a fat book that makes me cry each chapter because i’m so emotionally attached to these characters.

i tried to finally get through this last night, but i’m at the weird point in the book where the characters are kinda doing nothing but flirting, i thought maybe, just maybe we would get more dystopian fights but eh

imagine all the main stream tropes being thrown at you, CONSTANTLY, that’s kinda what this is feeling like rn.
