Just starting! I've been wanting to read this for SO, SO long! It sort of feels like I'm coming out of my reading slump, which I'm glad for because my physical TBR has become diabolical.

So many things about this series are getting tied together 😆

Anyhoo, this guy is so chill so far.

Okay so like the boomslang and death adder, this guy is particularly touch starved. It's almost adorable but I know how these books go by now 😭

You know what's crazy? Reading a genre as a buddy read and then no longer being friends with the person you started the series with. But at 6 books deep, I feel compelled to continue these wild stories 💀

Goodness, I'm now FREE. And I'm also three books behind 😭😭 but that review was so necessary. I feel lighter.

How is the mafioso "broke" but lowkey funding this girl's OF. He just sent her $5k after stating he didn't have much in the previous chapter. Either his savings are more than I think or his brain is 100% rotted.

No progress, I'm just sat here, staring into the void at how abysmal this story is so far. The first one was decent and chaotic and fun. Where is that energy here? On one hand I'm really glad I've been putting it off but on the other... I don't know that Ted being Junior's VA would save this. All my annotations will be full of rage and judgement 😂😭

Okay... I waited post hype to check this one out and I REALLY wish I'd have just bought the audio to hear Teddy Hamilton instead of reading this. I lowkey want to DNF it.

But then again, this could be a wild trainwreck, too glorious to look away from.
