Accidentally started this one thinking it was book one ops

I have conflicting feelings about this at this point. The plot feels to be lost and where are we going with this. The similarities to another book series are too many to be a coincidence at this point in a book 2. I want to know more about all these side characters. The romance feels like its trying too hard but now I'm too invested to stop. 🙃

Okay I get it. The group sex timing felt off but really it was in the others as well. Unexpected sex that Alex initiated because she rather feel pleasure then have a talk about feelings. She's it as a vice when people get too close thats why she hates Aydin for what he made her feel. L

I made the mistake of looking at reviews of this out of curious. Some of them confused me like we read the same books right. The group sex has been in all of them so why is this one where so many people kink shame. It makes no sense.

I don't like she handled triggers warning lists as if they are inconvenient and spoilers for books. Um what?
