Recommended to me by someone extremely dear who is diagnosed with bipolar type one. Insightful read and easy to follow. Some reviewers criticise the author for coming off as pretentious for brandishing her achievements so much. Maybe we are just too used to hearing pure horror about BP. Maybe it’s actually quite necessary to have an account that can speak so honestly about the bright and the dark both.
