Also the amount of times clitoris (the entire word, not abbreviated) has been used in the first 40 pages has been a jarring experience.

Woods must really be trying for an award for how many misplaced/ dangling modifiers she can cram into one manuscript. I hate it when authors try to do too much in one sentence. There’s only so many actions, subjects, ideas you can put into one sentence ffs…my brain hurts!

Well shit. The Primal of Blood and Bone AND Alchemised got here on THE SAME DAY!? I’m so torn 😭

Also for anyone else who ordered a physical copy of Alchemised. Be prepared. She’s HEAVY. Literally.

This MMC is a real piece of work. Not in a fun, untamed beasty kinda way…more like a brat with a petulance problem. It’s not sexy, but definitely deranged enough to be interesting…for now…
