This is reading like one of those group writing exercises where one person starts a scene and then another continues, and there is always one jerk who throws ridiculous plot points to cause chaos.

I want to like this book... Alas I'm a paralegal and understand civil procedure. This is a fun romp but horribly inaccurate as to the practice of law.
