Joe is such a dipshit, bad boyfriend and boot licker while thinking he is so smart and selfless.

1) he treats his gf like a babysitter and gets frustrated that she has her own needs.
2) his whole thing with the cops.
3) he is so impulsive and makes terrible decisions that put him and his brother at risk.

Waited for hold at library to finish the last 10%!

It is so unbelievable that a paralegal and daughter of an attorney would talk to a police without representation present. So ridiculous, especially when her dad directly warned her.

I shouldn’t read anymore of these because I am annoyed during the story and the way the narrator overemphasizes things for effect is over the top and accentuates the poor writing.

I despise this narrator/MC. She needs intense therapy.

Will prob DNF. I read some reviews and I don’t think it is for me
