I never liked anyone reading to me but if I had to read it it would have been embedded in my mind and stuck for who knows how long. Yet I’m listening to demeaning and hateful treatment of real live human beings who brought so much to this racist ass country. It was systems built intentionally laws, zoning, banking, policing, labor rules all designed to:

• Restrict Black mobility
• Undercut Black wealth

This book came to me as an audio book I could never begin to read it to finish it.

Finally! Started this web of lies and deceit and didn’t want to pay for the subscription to read it. And found it on Kindle Unlimited and I feel like I jumped out the skillet into the fire and it’s so good!
