The book is ok so far, sometimes i feel lost in it sometimes i am very bored….

It’s fine but no romance yet whatsoever

not a fan so far, the only thing keeping me going is the supposed romance coming soon, but even then im not digging this whole fantasy faerie thing yet…

I like this so far!!!!! mindfulness/meditation is something im excited to learn about

shift your focus from the goal itself process that gives you the best chance of general improvement over time

Set a goal, figure out the steps to get ther, forget about it and NAIL the process


Getting better: becoming stronger, wiser, and kinder

You need to disconnect your sense of self and ego from the product of your worth

Patience:
Willingness to spend time on the plateau
