*Possible Spoilers* I am almost halfway through with this book on kindle. And, I’ve got to say, I’m trying hard not to DNF it.

Between the writing quality (author at least needs an editor for typos), and the immaturity of both MC’s, and what feels like unnecessary length, I’m trying to finish.

I read it’s a debut. Perhaps her writing improves with her next work, but we shall see.

I have to be honest. This book reads like it’s written by someone who had an idea for a story but maybe is “too young” to write it? I’m trying to say it in a nice way, but it just reads immature. I’m gonna finish it. I don’t like to DNR. But man… using a random number generator to choose from my TBR might be a bad idea.

I have stopped and started this book a number of times since February 2025. Saw it on TT and added it to my TBR. So far slow to start. Determined to not start anything else before I get through jt. Reading via Kindle. There’s a LOT of stuff going on making progress slow I think. But it has potential, and I’m determined to read it.
