I aim to finish this today, though whether I'm able to pen the first draft of my review before the evening ends will depend on how good the book turns out to be. I still see a wide range of potential outcomes.

How does Kevin Christopher Snipes plan to draw all of this together? I'm intrigued if he's capable of meaningfully doing so.

I'm getting nearer the end, and I like that there's still a lot of mystery to clear up.

I felt sick much of last week so I didn't get much reading done, but I'm hoping to focus now and get into this book. Kevin Christopher Snipes's talent is manifestly obvious.

When he's not scolding or talking down to the reader, Kevin Christopher Snipes has genuine talent for building meaningful narrative moments. Which version of Mr. Snipes will win out by the end of Don't Let Me Go?

Not that this book hasn't shown some points of intrigue, but the scolding, screeching, lecturing tone hasn't abated thus far. It makes for an unpleasant reading experience.

Ah...the ending in the meadow of flowers where my house was located a million years ago. Of course, the first ending we reached was at the time of Easter when I was a baby...

This is a fun read, with light educational value and vibrant colors. Let's read it now!

I enjoy my yearly read of this book on Easter with the family. I imagine we'll go to several endings, as usual. The fusion of Edward Packard's writing and Vincent Bell's illustration work isn't quite a masterpiece, but I love it.

Now that I finished my Peanuts review I should be able to home in on this book.

If I have time I'll read this again on Easter, but I'll give it a whirl right now as we near the big Sunday. We love and miss you, Tomie dePaola.

We're a few days out from Easter Sunday, but I'm going to read this now. I've never seen this edition with the gold cover. It makes for a pleasant keepsake of the season.

We're in the midst of Passover now, so let's give this one a whirl in 2026.

I won't really get going on this until I finish my review of the 1971-72 Peanuts collection, which I suspect will be hours of writing and revising to end with a product I can accept. Kevin Christopher Snipes's premise intrigues me, though, so I'm looking forward to when I have time to fully open the throttle on Don't Let Me Go. I hope to do the first draft of my Peanuts review Monday evening.

Cover art by Noah Dao. I'm intrigued to see how this novel goes; I've yet to read Kevin Christopher Snipes, but the scope of his works seems rather ambitious.

I love Gary Paulsen's in-depth examinations of the natural order, but the World of Adventure series is a unique pleasure in its own right. I doubt any of the books I've yet to read will rise to the excellence of Project: A Perfect World, but even so, I'm sure they'll be worthwhile.

These World of Adventure episodes are brief and move along at a good clip.
