Sonderkommando had very interesting jobs; they took care of getting rid of the bodies, sorting items, smelting gold, and running the crematories.I think this book is the best book I've read this year. full history of Auschwitz. The more I read, the more I want to read more. The doctors were given the medicine found in the luggage of the people. The doctor in this story spoke German very well and knew a lot about them.

I find this book very good. I like how it describes what the doctor does to survive and what he sees . Like for the experimentation of twins, they found tumors in each pair of twins. I found that cool. I also learned that the doctors and the Sonderkommando lived for 4 months and were well fed and taken care of. The doctor's job was to experiment on the people there and find data, and get results

They lost about 937 planes, while the Germans lost about 278. There's a big difference in losses during that battle, and Britain was mostly put out of commission in the air warfare. The general of the German planes overestimated what he could do and very unrealistic that the plane pilots they had couldn't do it. When the British troops got back, the citizens were celebrating them, not knowing the full truth.

It's a pretty good book overall. It has different points of view and is constantly changing people and perspectives. It's more like an informative book than a first-hand point of view, so I would suggest that if you read this, be ready not to stay on one topic or person for too long. The airmen did not get treated that well by the troops because I guess they kind of sucked badly.

to dock and collect people by assembling several vehicles together on low tide and deflating their tires. It worked, and about 5 more places were made, so that's pretty good. The Brits took the ships away because they were important ships. They were afraid they would be sunk. At some point, the Germans and the Brits almost came to a peace talk. The British would have surrendered to Germany with some conditions.

Talks about how the beaches were bombed and how the explosions from the bombs were mitigated. The ships that were hit by bombs were set on fire. When the plane pulled up, machine guns would light them up, killing several troops. Some just stayed in the dunes and made sand homes, so others didn’t even go to the beach and stayed in basements. Most did stay on the beach and picked up a place. They created areas for ships

Since they surrendered I think they lessened the harm on them. Also the Germans were so close to reaching Dunkirk. The only reason is that the allies stalled them by taking them a little so the Germans waited three days to start moving again, but the Germans were so close to getting their tanks and troops in the line of sight of Dunkirk, and the rescue would have turned into a massacre.good book :)

What I like about this story is that the story follows many people for very short durations. It also describes the background for a lot of the things it mentioned like why the British general pulled back his troops because he had a different thinking. Also the British and French were calling Belgium's king a traitor basically, but he had good reasons because Germany would have destroyed his cities and hurt his people.

During their invasion of France, they used dive bombers, which could have been easily shot down by fighters that were not yet available. The bombs had sirens that created a whistling noise, which frightened soldiers more than the bombs themselves. Many would retreat upon hearing those sirens. The text also notes that Winston Churchill might not have been elected if he hadn’t echoed the wishes of military leaders.

This text discusses the negative experiences soldiers had with brothels. One British airman drank so much that he broke into a bar after it closed. He caused problems while in France, even though it was hard to get into trouble with the British Air Force. The Germans were not as strong as believed; France and Britain had more soldiers. Many German tanks were old, and they had few Panzer divisions.

The older generation rejected Hitler's radical ideologies, valuing traditional German values. In contrast, Hitler sought to inspire the youth with nationalism, while President Hoover focused on empowerment through democratic values. A major difference was Hitler's cult of personality, which gained youth loyalty. Both aimed to revive struggling economies.

They then brought a Navy sub leader, and he told them that zigzagging has basically no effect if a sub hits a ship. They still charge him, and he has a permanent record of it on his record. It talks about what most people did after the event. 1196 people on the ship.900 people got off the ship, but only 317 survived. About 200 deaths by sharks. This makes you believe the Jaws movie.

It talks about the reasons whyMcVayy was unreasonably court-martialled and how key evidence was top secret, so know one knew about it . The sub leader responsible for the sub that sank the Indy said even if the Indy was zigzaging, it would not have worked, it would have still sunk

I enjoy how the people at the places where Indy was supposed to go and had already gone started to notice that it never showed up at port. They found a plane and radioed in that they dropped some supplies. The sharks kept eating the survivors over time. Other planes from different places started to show up at the location and helped. When they found out the Indy was probably sunk they sent ships to help the survivors

I like how descriptive this story can be.It talks about how the people in the doctors group start to attack the other people in the group with anything they had, likeknivess because i think it said that the salt water messed with them and made them worse combined with other factors it made them see hulutionnations and not have the right thinking at that point in time and some seperated from that group not to get hurt

They were unexpectedly attacked, and some were eaten while blindfolded. In the third group, the captain of the Indy found a boat and rallied a decent number of people. However, those who received the distress signal didn’t report it and didn’t question their arrival at the destination due to a rule against reporting combat ships.

The sharks started to pick them off one by one, taking them under the water, and eating them. The life jackets would come back up. One was eaten on the surface of the water the people had to watch him be eaten . They left and went to the second group. The second group had the doctor and boats, and everyone was covered in oil for sunscreens. They blind folded them self so they aren't affected by the sun.

Screams of agony from the people who were unfortunate not to die from the explosion but were close enough to be hit. The people in med bay drowned because they were i]k,8njured and couldn't leave med bay. Several people tried to help, but there were too many. The story is split up into 3 groups. The first group has life jackets and nothing else. Sharks started to come after eating the dead from the sunken ship.

They continue to sail to the destination, nothing happens, and they deliver the parts for the Bomb . They stay a few more days on the island and leave on the way to the next place. They get torpedoed to the starboard side and the hull. The torpedoes were like kamikaze torpedoes because people went inside to drive them. The ship started to sink. Oil was leaking. Fire lots of fire

I also like how it goes into the tiniest of details, so it has more imagery. It talked about how a person accidentally let it slip to his family what day he was supposed to leave. He wasn't supposed to do that, especially on this mission, because, unknown to anyone, the crate they were shipping had the internal parts of the big boy. One guy was guarding it the entire time, I think.

The 500 lb armor-piercing round bomb ripped through the deck and kept going. When it exploded, it damaged the ship. In one of the engine rooms, the people in their drowned in oil and gasoline. People started to close the air-tight doors to stop any fire. They succeeded, and the people on deck pushed the plane into the ocean. That was my favorite one, but the ship has a lot of history.

its starts off with the main character talking about himself and shot himself. It goes back in time to where it all started. It talks about how INDY(a battleship with thin armor but fast speed I think) is very easy to punch holes into.It describes how it got 10 stars from diffrent battles. My favorite or most intresting one is when a kamikazie pilot crashed into the INDY dropping its bomb.the rest is on the other one.

Life of Jan when he was in Norway sucked. He was constantly on the edge of life and death. First, he lost all his crew, then he had to go on the run. He got frostbite on his feet. He had gingivitis, I think. He had to rely on people to survive. When they left him for some time, he cut off all his toes to stop the infection. Then he was too weak to commit sucideand he starved a lot in his life story. His life was bad.
