I have a hard time remembering some parts of this book, but I do remember that he finally got released from the control of the sommoli captors. What I find funny is that his caretaker was a UN person, but his shirt was for his leader, which was amusing. The reason he was released is that the negotiator said that if they don't release him, the U.s will send people for him, and it will happen.

He is also keeping track of stuff with a bible, and when helicopters came by they shot to neer him and I think hit his building's roof. I forgot the details. This one is shorter than usual.

i like how theirs some funny moments in the story.Sometimes he makes jokes or fun of something but the people their can't understand him.for his first messgae to the red cross person the things he said confused people back at the U.S because he talked about pizza because they were trying to figure out if their was a pizza place near his area.i found that funny.i like how he explains the thing he is going threw orfeel

On one of his past missions, he was flying and trying to get above some mountains because they needed to get a patient from a battle to base. He had a head injury. Them doing that almost killed the man because of the change in pressure.They did make it tho

I wrote a good read thing, but accidentally clicked I'm finished so all my progress on writing but I will summarize it. I found it funny that when he was getting interrogated one time, he was in a hospital gown and tied it to be warm, which made him show his private area. This time, a lady was interrogating him. It was funny to me because he had to restrain himself from saying a joke about it.

The story talks about past missions and what happens during them. It is also the main part of the story that is a little funny. The life story of the pilot is pretty unique.i find it interesting that he is telling what he did and what he could have done at some point.Like when he got beaten with something,he said it was the butt of a gun.In the book, he confesses it was a severed arm.I also find it cool that he is talking about info he also got afterward of the time he was kidnapped, like details of what was going on with his captors' meeting
