So, I thought I was tripping - I read “Seven Days in June” by Tia Williams a few months ago. While staring to read this one, I had several moments like… hmm, is this YA author taking ideas from another book I’ve read? 🤔 Nah, that’s crazy. Then! the Audre character started to describe her mother & I was like NO WAY. Bar for bar?! Just to take a break & see it’s the same author 😂 Okay, back to reading
