i dont know why but conrad is appealing to me way more than magnus did in deviant. i know that is probably all about to change but at the moment he feels like the lesser of two very very evil men and IDK maybe i just need therapy but i dont hate him yet.

Ooooo im really liking this so far. Its defo a slow burn but i loveeee the whole idea behind this book and the setting etc. I cant figure out which man I like most at the moment but Phoenix is defo winning the race atm.

oh myyy gawd. FIRST i was obsessed with graham BUT KRAVEN???? like man i know he’s an awful human being but tell me why i literally feel like IM the one with stockholm syndrome reading thissss. its so dark so far but i cant put it down. BUT i hope graham is alive 🥲 i kinda feel like he’s gonna end up saving her or something or she’s gonna choose between him and Kraven idk

tbh i’m finding it quite boring so far. the plot is just boring me it’s not exciting enough or gripping. i’m hoping it gets better.

i like it so far but after reading haunting adeline i was kind of disappointed that the first spicy scene came so soon in the beginning of the book because haunting adeline had you waitingggg and teased so its taking some getting used to now that im reading a completely different book 😩

i’m not ready for this to be over :/
