It confuses me when the hero won’t sleep with the heroine because he wants more. This has happened when the hero is a relationship guy and when he is a ONS guy. I guess I understand it a little with the ONS guy because he is trying to prove to himself he wants more than sex. I don’t get it with the relationship guy- in most cases he didn’t make prior girlfriends wait so why the h?

I am at the drama portion of the book and pretty disappointed! The original source of drama is valid and interesting, but the author added one of my pet peeves. Suddenly the hero - who has said at least once that he has never had a girlfriend- has a documented list of exes on the internet. Of course they were all blonde and beautiful- models, actresses, or pop stars. What happened to him never having a relationship?

I clicked on a book I already reviewed and my review was gone. The book was still marked want to read. So I did another review. Then I checked my reading challenge to make sure all my reviews haven't gone away and the original review for this book is still there. I'm confused- how could the review still be there on the challenge, but not on the page for the book?

I am super curious about the ex. Ace is still very bothered by whatever happened. I can't remember if this is a dead ex situation!

Ok I feel like a major cranky pants, but so far this is cheesy. The h loses her mind when the H touches or kisses her- I really don't like when the h goes stupid when aroused. Also it sounds like H is typical manwhore who of course dated actresses, models and many other gorgeous women, but has managed to never have his naked upper body seen.

This book is ok so far. Not great, but not terrible. It's a little odd that the H keeps saying he needs to find his sister. He knows exactly where she is- in Paris with her drug dealer boyfriend. Instagram posts have been mentioned

Halfway through and they are in Rome together for a getaway. She is asleep and he is awake because he has insomnia. He says he feels dead most nights, that's it's hard to feel alive when you've been obliterated inside, hard to feel real when you don't remember how to dream. I don't mind him grieving, but geez it's like the h doesn't change his outlook at all.

Ok now he is talking to his former father in law about the h taking his dead wife's place, living the life the wife should have had. The father in law says he doesn't like who Naz chose to replace her and Naz says nobody will ever replace his dead wife and thinks to himself that he has felt guilty about living a life with the h too.

Just started and already not happy. The prologue has him dreaming of the night his wife was killed. He feels movement on the bed and thinks "maybe it didn't happen, maybe she isn't dead" but then doesn't see the ex's face he sees the h. Then he says time stopped at 2:45 am the day his wife was killed and he has been in darkness since. He is already engaged to h at this point, but still in darkness? Boo!

I am at 23% and so far so good, but the H and h have had sex twice. No talk about STD's or birth control, but they don't use a condom. He pulls out before he "finishes". After the 2nd time she tells him she is on the pill and he starts another round. He pulls out this time too and the h thinks to herself that it must be ingrained in him to pull out. All I can do now is think of him doing the same with loads of OW. :(

What the hell? I thought Hunter only ever did ONS or the long term f*ck buddy deal he had with his baby momma. Now he says he thought he might marry a girl that gave him her virginity during his last undercover mission. Which means he had this girl less than a year ago and now he loves the h? He said this other woman was sweet, had pretty red lips, and golden skin. Do I want to hear this? No I don't!

I might end up DNF'ing this. So now the h is explaining to him about her child. Feeling guilty that she had a ONS while he was in prison. I don't blame her- she never heard from him. There is a reason. Anyway- he tells her not to worry- that everyone has a past. Makes me wonder what he was up to in prison. His past should just be her. They dated from the time he was 15 until he was put away at 18.

Ok now I'm at 29% and he is seeing his older sister for the 1st time in 15 years and he tells her she needs to bring her 3 year old daughter over tomorrow so he can meet his niece. Then he thinks to himself "kids love me". What kids? We're there kids in the prison too? He was locked up at age 18 and was in for 15 years. How does he know kids love him?

So far it is weird. It doesn't read smoothly at all. Also Miles has been in jail for 15 years and grew a beard which he thinks to himself that women love. After he is released he is at a restaurant and runs into an old friend and he asks about the beard. Miles winks and flirts with a blonde while rubbing his beard and saying women love it. What women? Were there women roaming the prison saying they love his beard?

I'm at 37% and loving this book so far. Aidan has just gathered the troops to go find tampons. Hilarious!

I don't know about this. So far typical manho who has a "new woman every other week". He has said that many times- how he enjoys a new one every other week. No sleepovers, no repeats, etc. The h is curvy and just been dumped. Her relationship was her only one ever and of course the sex wasn't good. So far he is cocky and she is self conscious. I will keep trying

And he just got laid 6 months ago. I wouldn't continue to have casual sex with girls I barely know if I was already tricked into a pregnancy once. He is a single dad of one already. I might DNF - this guy bugs me

I am on chapter 7 and feeling annoyed. The H and h were best friends growing up- the H was 4 years older, but always loved the h. I find it hard to believe since he had sex with OW including a casual sex relationship with OW that got pregnant on purpose. While he was sexing it up he chased boys away from the h. Double standard and I don't really believe in his love since he had no problem being with OW sexually

I am on chapter 11 and the H just thought in his mind that the h "is the best bang he has ever had". I'm not crazy about that phrase. Also I keep wondering if he was sexually active the whole time he had feelings for her. He made some statement to the h about his sexual prowess that makes me think he was probably active with OW

Ok so far the hero is kind of a jerk. Why does he expect her to call him? I didn't like that he said he usually goes for women with perfect hair and nails and tight bodies that wear dresses. I don't need those details. I do like Cheyenne and her friend Ember so far

The hero- a biker- just said he does background checks on everyone he sleeps with. Really? How does this work? All club whores get background checks and he checks out women he wants to date before dating them? No one night stands ever? A few chapters back he told the h he had never had to wait for sex with anyone he dated- that they went to bed right away. When was the background check done?
