Just as good as I remember

Amazing so far, excited to see where it goes

It’s going back to the library 😭😭😭 but I put a hold!!! Anyways, really fascinating look at how different parts of textiles created entire fields (like chemistry and computation) and industries and how textile production affected human history.

So far really interesting

Stoner remains in the university, he never leaves to go find himself. It’s almost as though he’s limited himself by not experiencing other things. On the other hand, he survives the war. I relate to stoner’s de-identification with his family as a result of his education.

Hit or miss for the essays, may need to buy it as a book

I really love Didion’s writing style. I also love how she portrays California it’s almost like I’m back there.

Rachel is funny and it’s not too bad so far.
