The women in this book are such shitheads. Sure they are strong, funny and independant. But they treat the male MC like he is a serial killer that kicks puppies. jfc, the guy loses his keys every few weeks - doesn't mean he deserves this kind of treatment.

This just fell flat for me. I really liked Ivy, don't get me wrong, but everyone was kind of meh. Also David turned into a Daniel? Or is my memory lying to me. It didn't feel complete to me at all.

I was just reading this for kicks and entertainment. It made me angry instead. It was just full of bullshit like "special athlete with amazing body that has slept with everyone". I mean girl. This is not sexy, why do people think this is sexy? Also the guy was just an asshole. The female MC was just meh but I could tolerate her.

This book was so heartbreaking yet so beautiful. Horrifying, but Inspiring. Amazing. Comforting.
It was everything.
Okay, maybe a tiny bit insta-lovey but it was minimal and self aware enough that I could look past it (I know I am shocked too).

It's a little cringey, not that I don't subscribe to cringe, but it just doesn't sit well with me.

Who cares though, I love the book so far.

I knew this was going to be cringry, but I didn't realise just how much. Welcome to cringeville. I was hoping the humour would balance it out but no dice.

Is the fact that this book has 115 chapters way over the top to anyone else? These chapters really do no. flow like actual chapters. Are these numerous chapters just trying to hide the insta love and make you feel like you've read more than you have? Sure feels like it to me. *eye roll*

Wow. Chapter 31 is two fucking sentences. what is it with these short chapters. it's getting ridiculous.

I am gutted that I haven't really had time to read in the past six months, because I've missed quotes like this:
"You’re Superman, thinking Kryptonite makes you invincible ."
If anything describes drug addiction better I have yet to find it - it's the perfect metaphor. The book is honestly well written and the story is balanced. Not the best thing I've read, but I am giving it 4 stars :).

This was kind of a disappointment. The heroine was likable, but... what is the nicest way to say this? Dumb. Like, hoe somebody broke your car, then left a thing in your car and started kidnapping and killing women in the same way they did beforehand. Please, of course it has to do with you. Also I wasn't very surprised, but the killer just didn't sit right with me. The more it progressed the worse it got.

This book was great, but I had one problem - Branley was defended too much. I am all for female empowerment and no girl-on-girl hate; but this took it too far. She sent nudes to a guy who had a girlfriend and it was excused with "she is a girl who likes guys"...stfu. But, at least the characters had actual flaws and this book made me feel things. And I'll take empowerment over calling people sluts like in other books

I have to commute for a few weeks; that involves 1h and 20 mins of walking. My stupid ass thought it would be a good idea to get this as an audiobook and listen to it while I walk through shady alleys, wearing noise cancelling earphones.



Reading creepy books is fine; listening to them is much worse, as I've discovered.

This book tried to redeem itself and failed. Not only did it slut shame everyone, but there were so many untrue stereotypes. It was just a hot mess. Truth be told, stereotypes are funny sometimes and we can joke about them; this character meant them, which makes all the difference. Sure she tries to turn it around, but unnecessary drama is added at that point which ruins it. I'm so done with this.

"Here I’d hated them for judging me, only to discover I was the hater, assuming all sorts of things.
Maybe I’m not as smart as I thought. At the very least, I’m lacking education. Education about people."
Is she trying to redeem herself? Turning over a new leaf and all. Wow. Wonder how long that will last before another girl is labelled a megaslut for wearing a short skirt.

Is this book trying to see how many stereotypes it can cram into a page?!WTF. All it has done is win an award for the biggest pile of shit I've read this year and I have only read the first chapter. No, that is not how science works. Men who play sports are not dumb apes. For someone who claims to be smart, MC acts and thinks like a polar opposite.

I need to re-read this to experience the magic of book #2 because it's been like two years since I read it. Bring it on "Mad Rogan".

So I am kind of proud of having read 500 books. It's probably not much by GR standards and I know it's not a race, but it feels like a nice milestone. I don't even get to bask in the glory because exams.


I've never hated flashcards and piles of notes (feat. my chicken scratch) as much as I do now.

This was such a let down. Two people hate each other for no reason - that's just lazy, and for some reason fall in love. And I was expecting an epic ending of a family showdown, but the end was so abrupt. The whole time the characters seem to care about their family response, but we don't get that ending. They are just together with no drama. AND I LOVE FAMILY DRAMA. Fictional anyway. I am just hella dissapointed.

This book was so amazing and beautiful. IT MADE ME FEEL SO MUCH. I didn't even know I had that many feelings.
If I could give it a million stars I would - best thing I've ever read.

THIS. THIS IS SO DAMN BEAUTIFUL. OH I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE REAL FEYRE TO SHOW HER TRUE SELF TO THESE PATHETIC BITCHES. YES. I am grinning like a maniac right now, do not send help :)

It truly was amazing. I just love the characters and the writing. Helen was my fav besides the main characters - she was just such a cute little creature, but with a murderer trapped inside; like those tiny dogs.
This series has really grown on me, I am so glad it's not the final book.

Fuck, I'm bored. This book tries to be too much while having the most predictable storyline ever. It was not entertaining most of the time and I rolled my eyes while wishing for this to end. It wasn't a complete disaster, but close. I mean... it didn't have spelling mistakes? Self proclaimed badass - the MC did nothing badass, all women were bitches towards each other here and of course a perfect ending. ugh

I've got 99 problems and 102 of them are this book. Everyone in the family tries to be perfect when they are anything but. Parents are awful and act more like drill sergeants - who the fuck refers to their mom/dad as ma'am/sir?! Side characters all blend into one - assholes full of themselves. Men in this book are awful and controlling and the MC is stupid; and of course a perfect and innocent virgin. *EYE ROLL*
